At first, everything was fine. The staff was nice, the room was okay, and my friends and I were staying here for our NYC trip. We were barely in the room except at night because we were out all day walking around and sightseeing. We were honestly really tired when we came back to the hotel. The person at check-in was so wonderful, so nice, so professional that I wrote down his name so I could thank him and his employer. Thank you Robert M.
