I’ve been a loyal Marriott guest for years—formerly an Ambassador Elite and currently Gold Elite—but this stay (Feb 28 – March 1) was a massive letdown. For a brand I usually trust, this property missed the mark in every category: Cleanliness: This was the biggest red flag. Trop cher pour rien du tout. Too expensive, but I don't see the quality of service. The shower had intense water pressure; it was like being in a car wash with a pressure washer. The reservation was $154, but the hotel charged me $210 for just four hours in the room. There was no microwave in the room, and the coffee service was disgusting.
I am currently staying here while I find another apartment, the staff goes above and beyond especially Chris at the front desk, he's so helpful and courteous. The room is very clean and cozy and the bed, I could die in it, it's so comfortable. Love it there. Would recommend to everyone. Christina Babcock
