I had a great experience here ! I will definitely be back if I ever need to stay at a hotel in Lynchburg. I really enjoyed the staff. Tish was wonderful, super friendly and soooo sweet. I was disappointed to find out there was a $10 parking fee per day at this Marriott. The hotel has its own on-site parking lot, but the parking charge wasn't obvious when I booked. It's not listed on the app nor was i advised at check in. If you're planning to stay here, be sure to check the parking details carefully so there are no surprises when you arrive. I piece hotels with breakfast included, even with a small selection
Supposedly they had 9 king rooms available and they chose to give me the worse one. Room 227 had torn curtains, dirt stained shower floors, soiled sofa and ottoman, and a beautiful view of an outside dirty and grimy supply area. The lobby sofa and ottoman closest to the front desk was extremely soiled. There was a long bug crawling in the bathroom ceiling light fixture.Panels were missing from the elevator ceiling.
