Seems like the service has really gone down in the past few weeks — my partner and I bought an upgrade that included free breakfast on Marriott’s own site but the bistro gave us a very hard time and we ended up paying out of pocket without getting a refund. We talked to the single lady at the front desk whom there was a long wait for and she was like I’ll have a supervisor look into it very halfheartedly (which never happened). Stayed here 9/9 to 9/10 my original reservation 09/9-09/11. Upon checking in everything seemed fine later that night I kept smelling mildew come to find out it was the carpet and nasty sofa. On 9/10 I stayed out all day came back to my room and it never got cleaned housekeeping totally skipped my room. I called to complain about that nothing was done, I’m still waiting on my deposit of 150 and I checked out on 9/10 because of the cleaning and mildew situation. STAY ELSEWHERE.
