The place was fine but the cleanliness of the room was definitely not on par with other Courtyard I visited previously. There were dark stains on the tiles, mostly in corners which seemed to indicate the cleaning wasn't done thoroughly. One of the seat had food crumbs that I had to wipe before seating. The window had lips marks and we found rubber bands on the floor. One of the night stand still had marks of something sticky. See photos. This place was very nice and organized. I’d deffinately recommend this place for your next hotel stay! Trey hooked it up
We used a third party app - something I've been using for years all over the world and for some reason, my booking was confirmed but it has been cancelled in Mariott's system. This is the FIRST time this happened. Mariott didn't want to tell the service why booking was cancelled on their system. I guessing it's to discriminate those who are using 3rd party apps. Front desk supervisor was not helpful as well. Just gave me a smug face. Not sympathetic at all.
