Always a great stay here when I come into town for work trips. The bar service is incredible in the hotel
Recently stayed for 5 days from June 4 through June 9. The front desk staff was helpful every time I had questions or needed anything. The room was nice size with a very big shower. The parking is the only gripe that i have. The parking lot was always full. I guess thats a good problem because that lets you know that people ate frequenting the hotel. I arrived for my stay and was told my room wasn’t ready yet. When I asked to use the pool while waiting, Marriott refused—even though I was a paying guest with a confirmed reservation—and rewards member for 20+ years!
Management can’t be reached.
Worst Marriott I have been to. The room and even the towels smelled of cigarettes.the couch cushions were ripped on the sides. Hall carpet is really stained. Came to vista family that lives close by but will never stay here sgain.
