The two stars for rooms is just based off one room during a 5 day stay and ee never complained about it or asked for it to be cleaned so thats kind of on us, im sure they would have even switched us to another room if we asked but we didnt, so dirty sticky carpet, dirty bathroom walls and for me very uncomfortable beds is 2 stars, everything else was nice though besides the broken elevator and slow working elevator it was a nice stay
Room was clean nice hotel parking was $25.00 a day

Horrible employee and nothing ever works here and there 1800 customers service is horrible
Nice hotel, location and staff are friendly and helpful
