Pinki was very helpful during my time of need in the blizzard. She was very nice and patient, and helped me figure out how to best reserve a room and check in during a stressful time. Everyone who works here is very nice and I love the neighborhood. Will definitely return!
Friendly and helpful staff. Made a reservation at the wrong one and offered to help. Snacks and drinks offered complimentary. Very attentive. Great smell walking in. Parking not the best, but nyc...rooms bot as big as would like but nyc. Right next to a Hudson grocery that serves food and also restaurant and lobby on 1st fl. Would stay again.
good place convenient for subway lines into Manhattan. a bit too close to subway.
I stayed here for 3 months and I had a good time. The front desk down to the house keeping staff were very friendly and professional. I’ll recommend this hotel anytime and a special shoutout to Lisa and Mohammad for always making sure I was good.
