Do not stay in room 252: NO HOT WATER from sink or shower at 6am NO SOUND PROOFING People talking loudly from 3 to 4:30am kept me up So if you’re looking for a hotel that you can’t sleep in or take a hot shower this is for you.
Nice hotel overall, the check in staff is very unhelpful and treated me very differently than my colleague that has the exact same status that me. He was asked how is day was going, welcomed as a gold status, given two bottles of water (without asking for them). I wasn’t given any of that and I had to ask for a water bottle. I don’t need to be treated better than anyone just expect it to the same.

As a born and raised New Yorker, I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It's nice and clean, conveniently located, close to tons of shops, restaurants and major train lines. If you feel like ubering to the city, it's a super short ride over the bridge (as long as there's no traffic). All of the staff is super friendly but the highlight of our stay was Pinki at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and patient and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
