Amazing front desk never to busy to help ... room was more than I could have imagined .. We will be back here for sure for a weekend getaway to Seattle .. next is Hawaii for Christmas
I like the rooms and comfy beds., no shuttle which could have helped but pretty standard. Enjoyed the restaraunt and the employees are all very nice. Nice view for lake view room and downtown was doable for walking.
Paid extra money for their complimentary breakfast According to their records I didn’t. A screen shot of confirmation # didn’t help. There’s lots of nice hotels to choose from. We will no longer choose any Marriott hotel. A little customer service would have gone a long way.
Very nice for a weekend "staycation". Staff was very friendly and personable. Great location. Rooms are rather small for the price but well updated and very clean. Only minor complaint- shampoo is provided in one tiny container, about 1/2 the size of a normal hotel bottle. If you have hair past your shoulders you'll use it all in one washing.
Really liked this hotel. It was a very modern, clean feel. Room was immaculate, staff really helpful and the location was ideal for walking out.
