The staff was great. Very disappointed that the pool was closed. Found out that corporate decided the pool was not worth fixing and was supposed to put some kind of arcade type area in but has yet to do it. Not very cool Marriott.
Very nice front desk. Room was a little dirty but I guess good amount of ware
April the manager was horrible to work with. I have never had such a bad experience before at a Marriott hotel. Earlier that day someone called letting us know the pool was closed and that we could cancel. When we arrived we shared we wanted to cancel as was shared with us but April put all of the blame on us, the customer. It was are fault for not calling to confirm if the pool was open or not.
