My go to when visiting Knoxville. Very convenient to downtown and UT. They also have electric car chargers which is a bonus.

Great hotel and they always do a wonderful job of decorating the lobby for game days. It is a great hotel that is half Courtyard and half Residence Inn. We have stayed at both sides and always have a genuinely wonderful experience. There is a great patio on the second floor at the North end of the hotel with a fire pit and some TVs. Great place to relax and unwind after a long day or great college games!
4/5 Stayed here for 2 nights in early September. The rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great! Staff was super helpful and friendly and the location is an easy walk to Market Square. Would definitely stay here again!!!!
