Air conditioning didn't work, short staffed, Management wasnt professional, housekeeping didnt wear masks! Wouldn't go back ever!!!

horrible management. horrible customer service. no hospitality whatsoever. I was a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding- front desk had very rude ladies working... issues with early check in. but the bigger problem the actual 3pm check in was unavailable for multiple friends that were guests at the wedding. Wyatt was supposed to call them and he never did. overall poor experience. I recommend driving anywhere else, or stay in a tent. at least your tent would be ready when it was promised.
Great staff, clean faculty, and wonderful pool and patio area.
