CONT. I am appalled that the Courtyard Hotel is going to haggle over $30 to earn an unhappy customer and potentially a softball organization from not booking there again. I don't understand how one manager can approve the credit and another one deny it the next day telling me what I said when she wasn't there at the time, telling me that my husband closed out the tab after ordering more food when he wasn't on the trip with me then telling me that I left my tab open.
