Stayed there multiple times because I like the brand courtyard but there’s always been issues at this specific location. So nomore. Final straw was last week, I had to change rooms because the carpet was all wet from the air conditioner…which was also moldy…. Good until there is a problem - I have stayed at this property twice for business. I would like to stay in the future but will not based on their lack of problem resolution. I was charged for my room several days before the stay even though it was not a prepaid rate. I asked to switch credit cards and the desk could not figure it out. They wrote down my credit card info on a post it (security risk/PCI compliance violation?) and said they would fix it. They did not so I called the following week. Super nice updated rooms, love the bathroom and shower, modern new 4K TV and system, comfortable. Super nice people at the front , nice layout and options. Will definitely be back!
