THe hotel was pleasant, clean rooms, friendly staff. However they precharged my card ("we just swipe it for incidental expenses") over 350$, then charged for my checkout bill, which was for less than this amount, without refunding the recharge. Despite two long phone calls, on an English mobile in America so not cheap, the money has still not been refunded, over a week after leaving. Still waiting..........

Used my free night as a reward member and they upgraded us to a bay view room. Will stay here again.
Stayed at many Courtyards with positive experiences, but here the room was kind of dirty. The bathroom had hair in tub and floor and it wasn't the hair on someone's head.

Downtown Long Beach Courtyard by Marriott is a wonderful place to stay recommend it to all my friends staff is friendly helpful most of all courtesy
