⭐☆☆☆☆ For nearly $200 per night, I expected a clean, properly prepared room. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Upon arrival, I found hair and what appeared to be pubic hair on both the toilet and in the shower. The room also appeared poorly prepared, as the bed was wrinkled, untucked, and looked as though it had either been slept in or not properly made after cleaning. UPDATE: 5/16/26-->5/27/2026 It is a credit to management and staff that we look forward to staying in this Courtyard! We were here for an extended stay. Everything was extremely smooth with Annette's checking us in, putting us in a quiet room and Lilly extending our stay by proactively blocking our room ahead of time so we didn't have to move rooms!
