What an unexpectedly wonderful experience! After missing my connecting flight at DFW, I found myself needing a last-minute place to stay — and I couldn't have landed somewhere better. The front desk team (shoutout to the late-night crew on 4/7 and the morning agent on 4/8) went completely above and beyond to make me feel welcome during what could have been a stressful situation. They turned an unplanned overnight into a genuinely memorable stay. This hotel is lucky to have such warm, attentive people on its team!
Almost a year later after our family’s stay and I still can’t forget how filthy the room was we were placed in. We got the double bed suite. We were in town for a funeral and really did not have the energy to complain but to this day my body can’t forget how it felt in that very dirty place. Bathroom had yellow stains and just was just downright nasty. It should be a crime to charge someone to stay there, if anything they should have paid us. This hotel was a voucher stay for my canceled flight from DFW. I came to the Courtyard from the loooongest day at the airport. Flying solo to meet with family in Tokyo with plans and reservations being missed…it HURTS. I came in emotionally hungover and tired. Debbie was the first person to greet me, she was empathetic and helpful in taking care of my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the room layout and modern look. My fav part?
