Brittany at check in was super friendly and quick!! Jenny at the bar/restaurant was super nice and made amazing espresso martinis!! Definitely our place to stay when we come to town!!
I really like this hotel The customer service was excellent in the rooms were clean and the environment is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.
I hated it and will never be back. Upon arrival, some guy jumped in front of me and cut me off and instead of asking him to wait, I was looked over. I also travel to Texas often for military related things and I have never been told they cannot provide me with the Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption. Then I am booked into a room that smells horrible and was hot. I felt dismissed and under valued. The rooms smell like mold. We recently stayed at the Courtyard and I want to specifically recognize Jenni at the Bristow and Colton at the front desk for their exceptional service. We were in town during a very emotional time as our child was moving to the area, and the situation did not go smoothly.
