I normally do not write reviews but I needed to take a minute to thank the woman at front desk. I think her name was Renee. I was very stressed out when I missed my connection for American and she made the check in process very simple and also offered to bring my bags to my room which was nearby the front desk since I was physically exhausted when I arrived late at night. Please thank her for me!!! I will definitely stay at your hotel when I visit the Dallas area in the future
Stayed here over the weekend recently. If you book directly through them either over the phone or online, you really get the best rate most of the time. Check-in was quick, everything was clean and quiet. Definitely recommend.
Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff was friendly and welcoming,the room was clean and comfortable,and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The entire stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
