This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag, landing right in the middle for me. There are some definite perks, but a few frustrations kept it from being a top-tier stay. Well Kept!
I booked a room to take my son to a USC tour. I called and cancelled it, however it was never cancelled. Unfortunately there is no proof that I called. Nonetheless, I had originally booked with points from my Bonvoy app. After the room wasn’t cancelled, and I did not show up, this hotel reimbursed my points and charged me for the room. Not only did I get charged, I got CHARGED 400.00. This room typically books for around 150.00.
