Good stay. Had to move hotels unexpectedly due to an unforseen issue. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Worked well for a quick Overnight stay for 2 Adults 2 kids.
AC in the room is motion censored so it shuts off in the middle of the night and doesn’t turn back on. The bathroom sink only has a trickle of water coming out of the faucet that never gets hot. I had to use the tub to wash my face. Room phone was missing half of its buttons and blinked a red light constantly, I had to unplug it. Elevator floor was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. There is no way this should be a four-star hotel and there’s no way I should’ve paid the $230 that I did pay. Stayed here during our Colorado trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. Room was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Location is convenient with restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions. Parking was easy. Marriott hotels are usually a reliable choice and this stay matched that experience. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.
