This was by far the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. My interaction with Nathan M at the front desk was especially disappointing and unprofessional. No guest should be spoken to in a disrespectful manner, and it was concerning to see this behavior go unaddressed. I was treated in a way that fell far below the standards I expect from Marriott, particularly as a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member. Found BEDBUG spots on both of the mattresses. Asked for a different room and the next room had a bloody throw up looking spot under the mattress. Had to leave and they refused to give me my money back. Extremely disappointed. Extremely.
UPDATE: Responding to the owners reply: Thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, I didn't ask to be moved to another room. While I understand that the hotel was sold out, I was just letting the front desk guy know that the bed needed to be replaced and showed him the picture. He proceeded to have an attitude and rudely said he would refund my money and I could leave. Also, there was never any mention of having my room re-cleaned, so your statement is a lie.
