Two night stay while visiting family in Chicago. I interacted with eight staff between the hotel and Bistro, all professional, helpful and friendly. My room was very clean, furnishings were not worn, good job . I had a very comfortable kingsize bed. I appreciated the large, ground level parking lot surrounding the hotel, and clearly lettered doors identifying the closest exterior door to rooms. The staff at this location really went above and beyond to help me fix a mistake that wasn’t even their fault in the first place. I can’t thank them enough. I apologize if I am misremembering the names but thank you again to Lisa and Shannon/Sharon.

The hotel was obviously renovated, and it does have an elevator despite some Google reviews. The renovation was well done. The courtyard is pretty nice. We enjoyed playing cornhole one night and sitting by the fire the next night. I slept very well in my room as my request for a fan was accommodated. I stayed nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoy having a bathtub. Most hotels have moved to only showers, so I really appreciated that this renovation did not get rid of the tub.
