Cleanest and best service Marriott in the area
Great location for ravinia, shopping. Water pressure and showers perfect. Bed was comfortable. Good workout center. Pool was clean and usable size. The hotel is cared for. The service is excellent by staff. They offered me free coffee when they forgot to replenish room coffee packets. Room fridge keep drinks ice cold
Hotel is clean. I'll give it that. Service and commitment to delivery of services promised is a HUGE miss. Do not book if you have time constraints. Witnessed a large wedding party be told none of there rooms were ready at check-in. They waited for over an hour and many were saying they would be late to the wedding. The wedding party was getting dressed in the bathroom adjacent to the lobby. This hotel worked perfectly for my stop in Chicago while on a roadtrip. The hotel was very nice and the price was very reasonable. Free parking on site.
