Perhaps the nicest desk manager I have ever encountered. I believe her name was Carrie. I was checking in my elderly mother for a one-night stay amid some confusing and challenging circumstances. She was incredibly patient, empathetic, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
Clean hotel and clean rooms, central to most things in Summerville. Only downside was the pay for a non secure self parking lot, which seems unnecessary.
Came here to stay because of the proximity of visiting a wedding. The location of pretty good not too far away from downtown but also it's very close to silver restaurants within driving distance of about 15 to 20 minutes. The rooms are very spacious. Comes with several amenities but you have quite a good amount of space.
This hotel is a bit more expensive than others in the area, but it's in a great location with several local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We initially recommended it to friends and family but now they've started charging for self-parking. That's a deal-breaker for us.
