The room was clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows went flat through the night. The shuttle driver was on his cell phone he whole way which made me feel unsafe in the vehicle. The restaurant only offered buffet the night we were there and it was over priced for what it was. The chicken was uncooked. Was fine for th fact that our flight was canceled and we needed to stay somewhere but other than that we would not stay there again.
I always receive amazing service when I stay there. Comfortable rooms and great service from the front desk and restaurant staff.
Stayed Sunday night 12/4/16 it was very clean and the staff friendly and professional also very Polite. The accommodations were amazing!! Definitely recommend this Hotel.
Wonderful Hotel. Clean and roomy. The staff was extremely helpful. I would suggest this Hotel to anyone traveling and staying in Boston. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation. We will return.
The front desk attendant Jose displays very poor customer service skills, he makes paying customers feel like he is doing them a favor. I never experienced such condescending behavior from hotel personnel. Very disappointed!!
