I couldn't wait to leave this review I was at the hotel for a funeral and I did have a late check out I was told that they would extend my room to the next day but they didn't explain to me that the price would change so after coming in from the funeral it was hot I go upstairs and because I had a late check out I kind of overslept a little bit it wasn't too much but there is a black man heavy set that works there now before this happened the issue that I had with him is that he never said hello he never said good evening he... read more
I Live A Couple Hours Away And Planned To Meet My Roomate
Stay was perfect ! We drove up from Dallas and booked at another hotel which conditions were disgusting ! We did a last minute booking and was accommodated on busy Labor Day weekend. Thank you Marriott . I’m only upset that I was charged a $227 cancellation fee for a mistake that was because of Expedia double booking .
It was a very nice place for rest and respite. If I had any complaints , it was that all room types did not have a microwave.
This is a nice comfy property! The front desk agent Juanita is really sweet and notified me that my room was ready early. This is honestly the best marriott I've stayed at in Austin
