Stayed two nights and apparently my crime was booking through a third party. The front desk read my “perks” so fast it felt like I was being read my Miranda rights. I get that we all have long days, but some of us also drove hours to get here. If customer service means anything to you… I’d recommend going elsewhere.
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, 3 nights for a business trip to Austin. The lobby was beautiful, lots of seating, a little Cafe and store as well. The staff was very nice and professional, they were all great! The rooms were very modern and clean. The shower had great pressure and the AC worked great too! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were too soft for my taste but I piled them high and was just fine! Highly recommend!
I only stay at this location when I travel here for work. The staff is always welcoming and informative. After a long day you want to go to your room and rest and this is the place.
