Very Clean!!
We are now on our 4th stay with hosting a meeting at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Hotel, where the clean and comfortable rooms and exceptional meeting spaces made our visit stress-free and productive. Felica, head of sales, has gone above and beyond with her customer service and assistance with setting up the room blocks & setting up the meeting space. Aaliyah, who was working the front desk helped tremendously making our group stay amazing!

Overall it's not a bad hotel but the rooms can be hit and miss. Stayed here quite a bit over the past few months 5-6 nights at a time and for the most part things are kept pretty clean, the TVs are a good size, and the beds are comfortable. Have had an issue with no hot water in one room, A/C not working once, TV not working once, but thankfully they actually move your room if you have an issue here instead of making you deal with it until if/when maintenance comes. I found that the staff that I interacted with was very knowledgeable and very friendly and professional with the type of work that I do and traveling I’m very particular about where I stay, So observed the brightness of the darkness of the lobby, the brightness of the darkness of the room, the curtains, whether it’s carpet or hardwood floors, Or is there a older room being masked by cleaning supplies?
