Amazing service! Aleah at the front desk was very kind and friendly. My experience tonight will have me coming back. Great customer service and rooms all around. 15/10 stars!
Rooms were not cleaned well. Beds had hair throughout the sheets. You could tell they have not been changed. Room stinks like stale moisture. Delana or however you spell her name was extremely rude when I called down at 12:30am to ask a question. When she answered the phone, you could tell she was extremely bothered that I was calling down so late. I asked her what her problem was and she responded what was my problem. Very nice, new Courtyard by Marriott with lots of good restaurant and grocery options within walking distance of the hotel. They are even building a new Target that will be within walking distance to the hotel once construction is finished and it’s opened.
