Rooms are nice. New clean but when you clearly use controls to prevent the AC from running at night leaving me to sweat and toss n turn. No thank you!! Would I star again. Probably but not in the summer!! And not facing the highway.
Very modern style, staff was okay, inside wasn’t bad, tv , microwave, frig but frig was small so 20 oz bottle soda was a hard fit. Beds was average, pillows supper soft head went straight to the mattress, I felt sorry for staff up front seems like someone was up there trying to get their way. Didn’t have any major issues, wish room got cooler but that just me I like cold when I sleep. Toilet had issue filling up, reported to front. Unsure if it was fixed after we left.
During my stay, I documented an incident at the front desk involving an employee named Tonette. I approached the counter to purchase Tylenol and was the only guest present. After I told her I would pay for it, she stopped assisting me mid‑transaction to help another couple without acknowledging me or explaining anything.
