It was not the fault of the staff but unfortunately the policy and guests. It is 10:40 pm and for the past 2 years it has been continuous screaming and yelling from The pool, which closes at 11:00 pm. The guests argued that it was a weekend, they are with a group. Front desk listened, but said they are allowed to be out there. I suggest having a nice policy. I am EXCEPTIONALLY disappointed.
The front desk staff member was very friendly, informative and accommodating. First room on third floor definitely had a cigarette smell lingering. Front desk had me re-situated immediately. Then, I could not figure out A/C. Head engineer came immediately and showed me what I was doing wrong. He was so friendly, kind and helpful. Had drinks and appetizer in the hotel Bistro. Again, service was super by. Chicken quesadillas were good to the last bite! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the room was not perfect ... read more
