Trying to park here is ridiculous. Returning late at night the ONE spot in the 3 lots they give you to park was for a compact car. I had to crawl out the window and across the hood to get out. (I checked out and checked into a different hotel in the morning) Where to park was specifically explained by the desk girl and I was given a map. I return home and voice a complaint. I then receive an arrogant condescending letter from the hotel manager blaming it on the front desk. The insane amount of money to stay here and no parking. NEVER AGAIN!!

Aug. 6th thru 8th, 2010 Customer satisfaction???? We were entering our car in a show in Tacoma and needed a safe and secure motel for our car and transport vehicles. I called the Marriott because they are only 2 blocks from the show. They assured us they had secure parking facilities. They did park our car up front by the door and our pickup and trailer had to go to an upper lot which they assured me was secured. On the 7th we went to our pickup and someone had smashed in our pickup window and stole items from the vehicle. The Marriott says they can connect me with Republic Parking who they are working with, but the Marriott did not tell me that it was not their parking facility when I first contacted them. The Republic Parking Company is closed for the weekend. We left messages, but no calls have been returned. I really think that the Marriott could have been more honest and helped us remedy this situation since we did spend 388.00 for a 2 night stay. The motel is nice, however after the break -in of our vehicle it was not an

i recently had a valet park my camaro so i could go to a gathering at the pacific grill. when i got back from the gathering my oakland raiders bottle opener was missing off of my keychain laniard. obviously one of the valets thought that he needed it more than me. i thought that at a somewhat prestigious hotel chain that you could trust the people that get paid to park your cars, but i guess not.
