Been once for a job interview and the service was great
The room we requested and had confermation for was given to someone else. We had no housekeeping service the next day dirty towels were not picked up and trash was not emptied. We had to go to desk and request clean towels they had no wash clothes to give us. Went down in the morning to get wash clothes and said it would be and hour before we could get some. This weekend is my first wedding anniversary. I spoke to the front desk agent Kevin and asked what I can do to surprise my husband.. he told me to get back to him in 30 minutes while he was making plans. When I went to see him again he stated he had gotten busy but will definitely come up with something. My husband and I left to Walmart and upon our return we found these wonderful mini champagnes and a bag of snacks.
