RecommendedWe were royally screwed over by Iceland Air who have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. But the staff at the Courtyard have all been really friendly, helpful, and accommodating in an otherwise very stressful situation.
Rude no customer service They don't offer upgrades when they make mistakes
They are very accommodating! They really strived to make our stay comfortable. Our son left his stuffed animal in the room after we checked out and they were able to find it and get it back to us-we will be forever grateful for the effort they put into getting it home!
The room was great, the AC was cold, and the staff were friendly. Just wish they had a free breakfast like most hotels rather overpriced options. Paid $14 for the same thing that cost $8 at IHOP.
Only been waiting for their shuttle for an hour! Worst service ever. I will be using a different hotel next time I’m in the area. Never again.
As a flight attendant, the proximity to the airport was my primary concern, but I've found the staff are my real reason for loyalty! They are the best!
Very nice accommodations and clean. Jennifer at the front desk could not have been more helpful. She also recommended a very good restaurant for us. She is a great representative. The same with the restaurant staff. Very friendly and attentive. Great place to stay.
