I do suggest the Hotel deals with the thin walls between rooms bcuz noise is an issue. You can hear people very closely that may be in the next room over. The indoor pool needs more lighting because it is too dim in that area. Plus it's a small pool. The pool has no lighting in it either. Continental breakfasts are NOT included and that should be included as well. They do have a Ruby Tuesdays attached to the hotel but there's not alot of options to eat at in that area. Nice staff. Terrible rooms. I haven't been able to sleep since getting settled in. The rooms are adjoined and the other party is VERY loud! Traveled 9hrs to get here and not able to rest. Its freaking 4a and I'm writing this review. The staff asked them to be quiet once and since I've made 3 phone calls. Offered to move my room,. My daughter does dialysis, si that wasn't happening considering she's already hooked up. Apologized then offered me a complimentary breakfast and ear plugs. Ok hotel for 1 night. Staff was very friendly. Hotel in need of an update, mattress needed replaced. Wouldn’t seek this place out again. Convenient to New York City.
Super dated and just felt dirty. The staff was nice and helpful, but this place is in major need of upgrade. Not worth the daily rate.
The housekeeper I had for 3days was very lazy but, everything else was good. I want to thank the housekeeper that stay over her time to come and clean my room. I really appreciate your service. She very nice and pleasant. 9/19/2017. SmDH on my service the best service was from the housekeeper that stay over. This young lady have been at work since 9am this morning but, still she was willing to clean my room and was so polite.
