Excellent service and food. Nice view. Paul Mitchell toiletries. First thing I noticed upon arrival is they have a Chihully. The other pieces are made by his students from Columbus

First time staying here. Staff very friendly and checking in was great. Room was nice
We booked a block of rooms for our wedding taking place in Springfield, Oh and numerous guests of ours have been turned away by desk clerks (by phone) who seem to not know what they need to be doing. “That block is full” and when we call to talk to someone who does in fact know what they are doing, they just say it’s not full. Highly frustrated for the inconvenience & confusion this is causing.
Great chicken corden bleu soup, & the mela pizza hit the spot again. My wife enjoyed her huge steak!
