The service was great! Checking in/ out was quick and simple. I was warmly greeted every time I walked through the lobby! The room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom had a large shower and plenty of toiletries. Ive been on the road for a few days and staying here was much needed to keep me refreshed. In the morning I went downstairs to The Bistro for a bite to eat before leaving and was very impressed! Would definitely stay here again.
RecommendedBeautiful new hotel. Staff has the Marriott hospitality we have come to expect. Love the new Courtyard grey color scheme for the guest rooms. And the new rounded-back sofas are really comfy.
We stayed in this hotel when we were in Kalamazoo. The staff was great and got us promptly checked in. I had to print of some forms before our next stop and they had an office area I could get some stuff printed off. The rooms were big and had a pullout couch in them. The staff was awesome and let me get hot water out of the kitchen to reheat some food in the lobby. Parking lot was large and well lit and secure, which is important to us because we travel with some equipment.
Very nice hotel with excellent staff. We were able to celebrate my daughters birthday this weekend with our family and I could not have asked for more! ❤️
Very nice accommodations. The Bistro is nice, should probably be open until at least 11. The event we attended didn't end until after 10 PM and we had to go somewhere else to get a quick bite after the show. Recommended.
Just arrived in KALAMAZOO for a training, we go to checkin at 8pm, to learn that the hotel CANCELLED our reservation bc they were overbooked...even being a rewards member - "sorry doesnt matter" The lack of professionalism was impressive. Whenever/wherever i can avoid Marriott hotels, i will.
