Staff are very nice. Only issue I had was with housekeeping, I left my room at 8am and returned around 3pm thinking my room would be clean and it wasn't. I'm pregnant so I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep.
Our stay was short, but sweet. We couldn't have asked for better service and the rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to oblige any requests...from the desk clerks to the maid service. We definitely want to return! Thank you Courtyard Marriott, South Park/Charlotte, NC...it was a pleasure!
We had a great stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, we especially liked the balcony. Staff was courteous and accommodating.
They had our American Girl Room ready when we arrived and my daughter loved it!!!!
