Great hotel...Very clean... Decent price...Bed was comfortable...Was a perfect choice to stay for Umass Lowell graduation...very close to Arena..one hint...be careful of some of the surrounding areas if you've never been before...Lowell can be sketchy.
Maybe it could be funny, but Iron, Hairdryer and the big mirror are the best things to spend the 2 weeks on a business trip in Hotel. Personnel was really nice andcready to solve any of my request.
Room was clean and comfortable, food was excellent. I had an unexpected health issue and the staff was amazing. Called 911 and stayed with me until help arrived. I had come up for a family funeral and the kindness of the staff was overwhelming.
Every staff member that we encountered were friendly and courteous. The rooms were nice and clean. We loved our experience there.
