Checking in was fine, Called to make sure I was checked out this morning and Cathy was very rude, she didn’t even say she was going to put me on hold and put me on hold or I guess transferred me(the phone was was ringing) no one answered, so I called back and I calmly said I’m not sure where you transferred me to but I just wanted to make sure I was checked out. Floor being okay staff was polite smiling faces employees hook me up with extra coffee packs for the coffee machine in room and sugar sugar sugar friendly my lady book the place I always look for a continental breakfast if this place continental breakfast been a five. Maybe don't skip on the gravy
I think for the price they should at least have breakfast . Other than that it was okay not anything great
Nice clean hotel. Nice location to multiple eating places.
Great staff, very polite and accomodating. My room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.
