I am a scheduler who booked a weekend stay for my boss' daughter, who was attending a horse show in Petaluma. She previously lived in this area, and never had any problems. This past weekend, however, was a different story. On Saturday night/Sunday early morning, the guests staying next to her room were extremely loud, yelling and screaming. This property was amazing and the customer service was top notch.
We stayed here for a week in August. Visiting from Cincinnati, OH. Its very clean. Every one was very friendly. My son forgot his baggie of Nintendo DS games (16 0f them!) I didn't even realize it until they sent me an email!! I was so impressed and they mailed them back to me free of charge! We will be staying again when we go back to SF!
Most amazing staff! Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. It is great to see a group of people who work so well together! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would like to especially thank both Maria & Ronald (though everyone was great).
Customer Service was Great. Great Rooms and Great location to stay for the Giants Game. We walked to the Ferry!!!!
