Stay here every time we are in Altoona. Friendly staff and super clean rooms.
Worst Marriott I've stayed in and I travel A LOT! Zero customer service with each staff member I encountered. Moldy, hairy shower drain. Filthy TV remote. The bed is clean and that's all I need this stay or I would switch hotels...its that bad!!
Sorry, but when you call someone's work to complain about something they did, instead of saying something to the person who's staying there... WRONG! Lucky they are getting two stars!
