Very helpful, accommodating, and friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Mine had a really nice view of the Mississippi River (which is amazingly clean, i.e., not muddy like further south). La Crosse is also a very inviting town with tons of options for food and sight seeing.
Visiting from Alabama for a wedding. Very satisfied with visit. Did find room very cold. But let's face it,. I am from Alabama. Anything below 75 degrees and a little breeze, I am cold. But first night I could not get warm. Other than that everything was great.
Great service and friendly staff but food and drinks are very pricey
It was the best hotel experience we have had. Super staff clean accommodations near a lot of options. We celebrated our 30TH wedding anniversary there complimentary bottle of champagne from staff. Super stay
