rude. the guy that works at the desk is just rude. i would NEVER COME BACK HERE

IA very nice hotel, and a very classic building. When I’m back in the area I would most definitely stay here.
Nice room, great location. Only complaint was that I had to go down to the front desk at 1am to complain about the people next door.. thier child was screaming at the top of thier lungs and running around from about 12am-just before 2am.. sounded like they were throwing them self into the walls etc, this went on for approx 2 hrs.. front desk said they would get someone to speak to the guests but I'm not sure if they did.. other than that it was a nice place to stay..you can walk to a mall with a target and lots of shops!
Problem...illegal to ask what the service dog us for. I told her cause was too tired to fight the issue.
