I enjoyed my stay beds so soft Very Clean staff was nice Pool and Spa was great It was great thanks I will return
Annalya was so helpful and friendly today. I left my toothpaste and she brought me a few travel packs, had a meaningful conversation, and she was able to book me another night stay so I would not have to completely change hotels to Lake Charles! Great customer service!!!!
All the employees were so friendly and the house keeping are very honest, I will recommend this place for anyone!!!

When we make reservations with specific request and arrive to find our room has been rented. So we � sleep on cots tonight Unacceptable
The whole NFL sponsor theme was a bit much for these times. Stayed here before for business but road noise from I-10 is bad if on the north end. Just due to condition of NFL during these times I will chose a different place for my next trip.
This place smells so bad Moldy Mildew idk what this horrible smell is Not at All worth the money they charge for this little bitty court yard
