There was a dead roach trapped inside the bathroom light shade. Weak water pressure in bath, also bath tub kinda sticky, urg. The room and bed overall is good and clean. Front desk staff is nice. I wonder how my book online said including breakfast when there are none? It is spooky when the TV is on after I had gone out for the whole day. First time staying in this hotel, and also the last.

Good, clean rooms and modern looking furniture. Shower door is on the wrong side imo, and the toilet is super low.
After checking into a motel and noticing some concerning conditions, I decided to switch to this nearby hotel—and the difference was shocking in the best way. The relief I felt was immediate. The customer service was excellent, especially from the staff member working Saturday night on February 7th. The interior was beautiful, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A huge improvement and a great experience overall.
Really disappointed with the staff here. I booked a room here to reach status for 2025, and the person taking my reservation took a look at my account and saw I was a few nights off from platinum status. I asked if I booked 3 rooms for one night if it would get me there and she got all excited like yea girl you'll be platinum etc. Imagine my surprise when after the new year, I find only ONE of those three nights I redeemed counted towards my status.
