If you have the unfortunate opportunity to be serviced by the front desk agent by the name of Tashel (unsure of spelling), I'm sorry for you. Upon extending our stay, we were rushed (she repeatedly tapped her hand on the desk, took exaggerated deep breaths, and spoke to my wife and me in a condescending way) and treated very poorly. This would be better if the bistro was open at night. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly.
They charged smoke fine even we didn't smoke in the room. They didn't provide any evidence that we smoke in the room and just charged the fine. If you want to donate $114 Fine, you can stay here. 100% sure Motel 6 is much better. Next time I'd rather to donate to local society instead of this horrible accommodation.
