Great staff (front desk, cleaning, bar), good location.
Great hotel, clean and modern. The staff went well above the standard. They were more than willing to make our Atl experience the best it could be.
I arrived at the hotel and realized I was supposed to be at the downtown location. Tejal, the woman at the desk went above and beyond to get me booked at the correct location and waive the cancellation fee. She was so helpful, friendly and accommodating for my own mistake. I couldn’t thank her enough for taking care of me. Stellar customer service!!
