I moved in 7 months ago and have regretted it everyday now. I have been smoked out by neighbors using charcoal grills. I have a neighbor who waits for the office to close at 6 pm and starts chain smoking cigarettes and the management won’t do anything about it I have photos of the yellowing stains setting in my stairwell, I have photos of neighbors smoking cigarettes outside my window, and I have videos of bad air quality repeatedly everyday in my stairwell making it hard for me to breathe with my asthma on top of that I hav... read more

The staff is great, especially Pamela in the office. I trust she will get what I need done or point me in the correct direction and is always in a good mood with a smile. My dog absolutely loves her and makes me go see her everyday. It's the highlight of her day.
