Pamela has been very nice and helpful, very good at communicating back in a timely manner and always there to help.
This place doesn’t even deserve a star literally the worst place to live in everything falls apart in the apartment. Paint peels off just by touch, drawers in kitchen get stock because it’s paint rubs against wood. Mold grows in the bathroom maintenance says it’s mildew and wouldn’t do anything and it’s obvious they don’t want to fix anything, bathroom ceiling is caving in from leak from above maintenance said it’s dry so there’s reason to fix it. We went at 2:00 PM and it was posted as closed for lunch. We waited two hours and came back, but nothing had changed. There is absolutely no clarity about their lunch break hours. Management and service are extremely slow, nothing gets done on time, and phone calls are completely ignored. If anything breaks in the apartment, it can take weeks to be repaired with no serious response. This was a very bad, frustrating, and completely unprofessional experience.
Are there very enticing move in offers ? Yes, because they never fail to raise the rent every year, running off loyal residents. They raise the rent ad nauseum even though the gym has been closed for months on end. We don’t get any details or updates on why it’s closed. They can’t keep a property manager for more than a year.
