Courteous staff. Easy to work with.
A little bit of a bumpy road getting the key with the usual process while getting a new apartment, but all in all Josué really stepped up and took care of the few minor issues that we had with the new apartment, overall not a horrible process, thank you Josué for your professionalism in our intake process, great location and nice neighbors, maintenance guy Allen is very knowledgeable and helpful as well, great team and welcome to Pamela, the new gal.
Maintenance was quick to handle my minor plumbing issue. I thought I’d have to wait for a commercial plumber. But they handled it in a jiffy Thanks!
Moved in 5 months ago and so far best place I’ve moved it! Maintenance team is so wonderful and kind and the manager, they fix things right away love it here!:)
