We went at 2:00 PM and it was posted as closed for lunch. We waited two hours and came back, but nothing had changed. There is absolutely no clarity about their lunch break hours. Management and service are extremely slow, nothing gets done on time, and phone calls are completely ignored. If anything breaks in the apartment, it can take weeks to be repaired with no serious response. This was a very bad, frustrating, and completely unprofessional experience.

Are there very enticing move in offers ? Yes, because they never fail to raise the rent every year, running off loyal residents. They raise the rent ad nauseum even though the gym has been closed for months on end. We don’t get any details or updates on why it’s closed. They can’t keep a property manager for more than a year. People monopolize guest parking spots with cones and management does nothing about it. The laundry rooms are always filthy and when I let the front office know they make it my problem. My mom is long time resident and the manager Jazmine is always so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we have questions or concerns. You can tell she truly cares and goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of. We really appreciate everything she does! 💛

I toured Courtyard at Cedar Hills on Monday and had an amazing experience thanks to Jazmine. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. She answered every question with patience and made the whole tour feel comfortable and welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about the property and the people who live there. Huge recognition to Jazmine — she made a great impression and definitely elevated my experience!
