At first it was good when Janet was the office manager (amazing lady she needs a raise)! But they got a new one and it was a huge problem with everything. They changed the rent dates for the 1-4 to the 1-3 but gave no notice and a lot of people get penalized. We had squirrels in our addict the whole time we lived there and I had voice recording that the maintenance guy saying he basically wasn’t gonna go up there and fill in the holes and that there are no firewalls up the the addict. I hardly leave reviews but in my 22 years of renting this was by far the worst ran apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I wish someone would have warned me before I move in so this is my warning to others. The management will make grave mistakes that put you out $$$ and treat you terrible over their own admitted mistakes. The looks of this property are deceiving and they’re not worth the rent they’re charging AT ALL. Love all the trees and landscaping here. Apartments are a nice size, well maintained, and recently updated. There are also some nice little storage units on site that can be rented.
