RecommendedWe have been living at Courtyard for the last 6 years. It is the best complex we lived at, with great maintenance and a wonderful property manager. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. It had all the convenient amenities a family can ask for. Thank you Nick and staff!
I rented here for about a year and a half. I loved from the very start. I was a single mom and the two bedrooms was just enough space to fit my needs. They are very good about accepting rent in a grace period which I always thought was convenient if my pay day fell on a weird day. Nick, the apartment manager was always courteous and attentive if I ever had a problem or issue. The Courtyard Apartments have been my husband and myself's home for the last three years. The property manager, Nick, is truly one of a kind. We continue to be impressed with how accommodating and respectful Nick is. Sometimes I feel like Property Managers can get a bad rap, and we have both had bad experiences in the past. Lived here for almost 5 years in a townhouse with my fiancé. Loved the spacious, vaulted unit! Nick is an awesome manager. He is very quick to respond to maintenance requests and concerns. In the winter, the parking lots were plowed by the time I left for work. We were sad to leave, but left due to an out-of-county job promotion. We'll miss the apartment and Nick!
Lived here for the past two years, we loved it and will miss the courtyard. Management was very good, Nick took care of everything asap when needed. Professional and positive crew here. Overall our stay here was excellent, we will miss the staff and neighbors dearly.
Lived at the Courtyard for close to five years and enjoyed my stay there. Management was amazing and listened to any issues we had and was quick to respond. Only reason I left was because of a job transfer to Madison. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to live in Sheboygan!
Wonderful place to live. Apartment had everything I needed. Neighbors were friendly. And Nick was great and always quick to help answer questions.
After living at The Courtyard Apartments for the past 18 months I can honestly say that I do not have a single complaint! The rooms are private and very quiet. Parking is easy whether you choose garage or lot parking. The staff does a great job removing snow during the winter. Nick is great to work with, responds to emails promptly and has issues fixed quickly. Add in the swimming pool and it makes the perfect place to stay in Sheboygan!
