Breanna Meyer who is a resident at courtyard apartments B2 in Sheboygan has been allowing Grady Mason reside with her all summer now he has a place but still comes and goes to her house to sleep. This place is horrible. My mom has lived there for 2 yrs. Every time is visit, I either need a can of roach spray or mace.. I do not recommend if you want a peaceful, drama & bug free place.

Absolutely awful experience. Management completely screwed up my inspection date and accepted absolutely no responsibility or compensation for the time and money wasted. I have no doubt that they have a clean property and fast response to problems. Unfortunately, in my case, it was extremely clear they seem to have no incentive to go the extra mile or make up for their own oversight because, to their mind, they can just replace you the next day or so they were pleased to inform me. Wood Creek apartments in Oak Creek is a great place to live. Great neighbors, large private individual garages with entrance to apartment, pet friendly, private entrance (we have our own stoop, not expensive, fireplace, 24 exercise room, sauna and Jacuzzi, outdoor pool, great apartment layout, washer/dryer, high quality appliances, nice quiet neighborhood close to Oak Creek Town Square and all the stores on Howell and very pleasant staff both in the office and maintenance.
RecommendedWe have been living at Courtyard for the last 6 years. It is the best complex we lived at, with great maintenance and a wonderful property manager. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. It had all the convenient amenities a family can ask for. Thank you Nick and staff!
I rented here for about a year and a half. I loved from the very start. I was a single mom and the two bedrooms was just enough space to fit my needs. They are very good about accepting rent in a grace period which I always thought was convenient if my pay day fell on a weird day. Nick, the apartment manager was always courteous and attentive if I ever had a problem or issue.
