Great place to stay! Wonderful staff!
Nice hotel. Tight parking for buses. Slept well in comfy bed.
My sister and I stayed here this past weekend and received one of the best customer service experiences ever. We ended up needing to switch rooms and they were very accommodating and went out their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I'd like to single out employee James for his EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Their shuttle service to and from the Metro and Reagan National was prompt and the drivers were very professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone contemplating it or exploring their options.
