Very comfy, nice & clean...friendly personable staff who recommended great local seafood restaurant...ice cream in the snack center, what else could one ask for ���

I had a great stay!! Staff incredibly friendly. Shout out to Cher, Candice, and Donita for always remembering my name and making me feel at home. The room would not get as cold as I like it. Engineering checked it and said it "met the standard". Food in Bistro was tasty, but they need ice cream. I will always stay there when in Albany.
I guess something was going on in town. Cause there were all kinds of people going in and out the hotel. Because we had a room on the end you hear everything. Very noisy couldn't rest well. Over all hotel was great but our a.c. didn't really get cold contacted front desk and no one checked it out. For it to be a newer hotel and including price I shouldn't have had any issues with my room.

Nice clean well kept hotel, but, I think they need coffee and maybe a continental breakfast or something. If they had it it would be great
