Really happy with our experience at Courtview Landing. Dharminder and Vijay deserve a special mention because they were always so pleasant, patient, and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they were willing to help and always treated us with respect. We only lived here for a few months before moving to Alberta, but we were never felt like we were treated as short-term residents. They made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I only have positive things to say about Courtview Landing, especially Dharminder and Vijay. They are both incredibly polite, humble, and helpful. Although we only stayed at Courtview Landing for three months, they treated us like long-term tenants and made us feel very welcome from the beginning. The building and our unit were clean, and the cleaning and maintenance staff were also very polite and professional. I have enjoyed living at this apartment. The location is convenient, and the building is generally quiet and well maintained. The management team is responsive when issues arise, and the common areas are kept clean. The suites are spacious and comfortable. One area that could be improved is the cooling during hot weather, but overall it is a good place to live and I would recommend it to others.
Vijay, the new maintenance guy, is great! He did some repairs in my place today and was incredibly professional and friendly. Awesome service!
I’ve been living in this apartment building for some time now, and my experience has been much better than some of the negative reviews suggest. I would like to thank Property manager Dharminder who is very professional and always ready to help. My experience has been positive, and I believe many of the negative comments regarding damage deposits may not tell the full story.
