Edit after a year and half of living here: I will not be renting with any Broadstreet apartment properties. Do not give them a rating before move in! Issues I’ve had while living at courtview landing: - music blasting from downstairs (no help from management! Tried to actually just ignore the issue) - claiming I didn’t pick up dog poop when I have proof of many other digs poops staying in the pen for over 3 weeks - had white growing on it to a point! - hearing your neighbours fighting & getting physical (no soundproof!) - do... read more
We lived here for 1 year. The manager at the time, Bryce, was amazing. Quick to respond to issues, responsive to communication, friendly, overall really loved dealing with her. However, when we moved out we ran into issues with the new property manager and they were never resolved. We followed the letter of the move out requirements, had no damage, cleaned the place from top to bottom, got a pre-move out inspection that had no issues on it, got a final move out inspection that had no issues on it, and they still kept part of... read more
