Great management
A great place to live! The amenities are awesome and the staff are super helpful. We really enjoyed living at courtview landing apartments. We want to give a big shout out to Dharminder Sharma, Property Manager, who takes wonderful care of our building. He is friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. We would recommend Broadstreet properties.
The ongoing issues in this building are a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Despite multiple complaints, there’s no CONSISTENT enforcement for visitor parking abuse. Its unfair for other tenants that pay extra for another designated spot. Garbage are frequently left outside the bins, attracting creatures and pests, and tenants are not disciplined about proper disposal.
