I have loved living at Courtside for over a year and a half now. Pamela with management has been the best landlord I’ve had. She has excellent communication, quick to resolve conflict, and she is very generous and understanding during lease renewal process and other fee related situations that come with living in an apartment. Juan with maintenance, is pretty quick to respond to requests and very helpful and efficient. He's extremely noisy and one extreme noise is Thursday morning landscaping. Their equipment is above legal limit of noise. That's my main concern. Neighbors are quiet most of the time. Thank you for asking my opinion
