Courtside is the best, attentive maintenance, Christian made it easy to move in, I had a few issues when I first moved in that were quickly dealt with, overall great service!

Fue intensa la experiencia recomiendo no vivir aquí. Cuando llegas todo es lindo, pero nadie te cuenta que el mantenimiento lo pides 1 mes y van a los 3 meses, las lavadoras no sirven, el cable de internet estaba roto, las paredes se abrían, las tuberías vivían tapadas, tuve como medio contrato sin aire acondicionado porque lo que decían era que todo el apartamento estaba asi. Washers and dryers constantly breaking. We have had summers where the a/c hardly works. But what takes the cake is the stupid parking. You have to register your car online which costs money. And even after that they will still boot your car. Additionally, if you have hair then they will charge you. We got charged $20 when we asked if they could fix a clogged drain. When I called them to ask what the charge was for they said we caused the clog... But was literally just hair in there and took them five minutes to fix. But the ... read more
Me gusta vivir aqui, casi tengo un año, y la administración es muy buena, el personal es atento y resuelven los problemas lo más rápido posible, hasta ahora no tengo quejas ya que donde vivía antes si tenía ese problema, lo único es que no hay un lugar para pasear con mascotas y niños adecuado, y no hay escaleras para personas discapacitadas o con bebés, eso es algo muy malo y complicado porque hay muchas escaleras
