DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! My sister and I rented from them for 2 years (2023-2025) and it was fine until you try to move out. First off, the apartment was disgusting, they do not clean it at all. It’s communal washers and dryers that do not work had the time and just steal your money. When my sister and i went to move out, the claimed we damaged $2600 worth of the property, which was damaged before we moved it. Washers and dryers constantly breaking. We have had summers where the a/c hardly works. But what takes the cake is the stupid parking. You have to register your car online which costs money. And even after that they will still boot your car. Additionally, if you have hair then they will charge you. We got charged $20 when we asked if they could fix a clogged drain. When I called them to ask what the charge was for they said we caused the clog... But was literally just out hair in there. But the property manager is genuinely ... read more
