I agree with all these negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and DON'T rent here.
This place is so shit. My AC has broken twice while living here and since it breaks it gets extremely hot in the apartment and its unbearable. It always breaks on a Friday then the landlords tell us they put in an emergency order for it to be fixed and it doesn't get fixed until the next week. We have a baby in the apartment and a dog with fluffy black fur. The heat isn't good for them as well as me and my roommates. This is not a review, this is a warning.PLEASE DON’T live here. We struggled a lot with repairs, cockroaches, washing machines. I am just tired. I hope we will be able to move out quickly.
Personally haven't had any issues up to this point. However today me, and my neighbor were served eviction papers over a $3.00 "misc fee" Are you people seriously this petty? You went out of your way to inconvenience multiple renters overs something so small? What if I want to move and my future landlords call you guys about my on time payments?
