I have been a victim of unfair billing practices. I had a new credit card added after having the previous be subject to identity theft, had agreed to the $10 charge and then been double charged. I had my rate increased at the beginning of the year without notification. The problem has been passed around to all different members of the staff with no resolution. All this overshadows the nice facility.
