I just moved in here in the last month and the experience has been amazing! Maria is super friendly and responsive, and helped us so much during the process. So far, we've needed a few basic maintenance things, and the maintenance staff has been quick, kind, and effective. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The location, also, is great and close-ish to the metro. So far, am loving it!
My family & I just moved into the Courts of Madison, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The leasing manager, Ms. Maria, was incredibly helpful and professional, answering all my questions promptly and efficiently. It is a nice quiet property.
I love living at Courts of Madison. It’s walking distance to downtown Silver Spring. Also close to Takoma Park and D.C.
Pros: location, schools, access to nearby parks and metro, really nice families in the building and nearby community. Cons: biggest issue is that maintenance requests are acknowledged (sometimes over and over) but not addressed. When they are addressed they opt to go the cheapest route which leads to the repair breaking and another request. Kitchen cabinets always falling off, broken blinds, dishwasher backing up with foul water as the entire drain system in the kitchen is always backing up.
