Unsatisfied I am a current resident with Griffin Apartments, going on two years of residency. I encountered an issue and as a resident I feel that a courtesy resolution should have been made being that I have a signed lease and I am entitled to have my vehicle at my property of residency. Understanding the influx of people abusing the parking spaces has caused us as residents to be unable to find reasonable parking spaces. Verified Renter Courtney Trace is a beautiful apartment complex and the layouts and community itself is really nice. I have had some minor maintenance issues which were resolved quickly and efficiently with maintenance. The maintenance manager is a really nice gentleman and I think the maintenance here is top notch considering they are understaffed at the moment. My only complaint is that it is impossible to get in touch with any member of the office via phone. In order to have a conversation you must visit the front office.... read more
Verified Renter Excellent community to live in. Maintenance techs are very good at what they do! It might take a little bit for the issue to be taken care of but the quality of work negates it.
