I went to Dr St James when I first moved to FL. I scheduled my first visit as a physical, but was still billed because they told me my initial visit can’t be a physical. Mind you, they didn’t tell me that when I scheduled the appointment , but I didn’t fight it and paid the charge. Then I was billed for the next physical because I asked additional questions. Dr St James has been my physician for the last five years. She is empathetic, patient and has a great sense of humor. My husband agrees and actually enjoys his appointments with her. We are moving out of state and are dreading searching for a replacement.
This is the first negative review I have left for any business. I called Courtney St. James office to make an initial appointment with her. I was told by a rude receptionist that "her panel is closed." I did not know what she meant & proceeded to give her my medical information. She then YELLS... HER PANEL IS CLOSED! I apologized for not understanding office jargon & she told me that the Doctor was not accepting anymore new patients.
