Wasn’t a great experience. They said they can’t treat my issue here, and waited until I was already there in the room before telling me, even though I told them when I scheduled the appointment. Then she tried to charge me $101 anyway and referred me to a pharmacy, that “sounds like a scam, but isn’t a scam” per her medical assistant, for a medication I don’t need. Horrible customer service , they don’t care about their customers and the lady on phone say we slammed I can’t help you What is this attitude , a patient need help & she hanged the phone in the face Horrible !!
I had a really good experience meeting my doctor and when I needed more help her office immediately scheduled me in for appointment and I would recommend these services to anyone
